RBD SalesTracker is a customer relationship management (CRM) software package for small to medium-sized businesses for the management for client and prospect communications. The RBD SalesTracker tool also provides for opportunity tracking, schedule management, and powerful data analysis. Leveraging a Relational database architecture, the software links companies and contacts with the sales opportunities and contacts to which they are connected and offers logical views, filtering, and sorting of all of your stored data.
From the Company module, you can manage all of the information regarding your clients, prospects, vendors, and partner organizations and sort, filter, and view the list based on need. You can input all of the address and contact data, identify the organization as a client or prospect and track any sales History or contract renewal date. You can even launch the company's website from within the application.
From the Contact module you can manage the contact information of company contacts, decision-making prospects, vendors, and partners. From here, you can track titles, phone numbers and even launch an email to the contact using your native email client.
From the Product module, you can track all of the sales data, vendor contact information, and documentation regarding the products your company sells.
The Opportunity module allos you to track all of the information regarding your current sales opportunities, including revenue potential, close date, probability, and more.
